On November 13th my oil burner was serviced by TOM, what a wonderful young man, quite a gentleman. My neighbor (an engineer) accompanied Tom to the basement. My neighbor reported that Tom did a thorough cleaning and servicing of the system...he was truly impressed!!! I highly recommend TOM, he is truly a top notch technician and a great representative of Flanders.

I began a new service contract with Flanders today and I’m very pleased. Communication was excellent from setting up the appointment, a reminder the day before and a call from Christopher, the technician, telling me his estimated arrival time. He worked diligently and the house is comfortably warm as a result. Tom, the “comfort liaison,” also stopped by to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Flanders and will tell my neighbors. Thank you, Flanders!

I had an excellent experience with Henry from Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating system, and had it fixed in no time. Henry was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what went wrong and how he was fixing it, which I really appreciated. He clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Thanks to Henry’s expertise and dedication, my home is warm again! I was really surprised how professional and genuinely nice our service person was. He explained everything he was doing in terms that I could understand. The problem was resolved and I couldn't be happier. It is nice not to worry any longer about this heating system and even though they didn't install it they were willing to take it on. (This is the home of our Pastor) I am also going to use Flanders for my own Condo). Elaine PS The office staff is also professional and friendly -

I used Flanders Heating & Air to replace my HVAC a few years ago. The system works perfectly. I have used them to service my system twice a year and it is a pleasure to work with them. They may not be the cheapest guys in town, but the level of service they provide far exceeds any other company!

Unbelievably the worse. Since June 2024 their technician came by to view the job and said would follow up with a quote. NEVER DID. I called continuously for the quote and everyone who picked up the calls said they would follow up with the technician to give me a call and send to me the quote. NEVER DID. Now all of a sudden the response indirectly from the technician is "oh we don't do those types of repairs anymore for over a year." The audacity to not tell me since JUNE. The worse.
